On Sunday, September 13, 2009, more than 3,000 women, men and children will attend the 8th Annual KICKIN’ CANCER! 5K Walk/Run & Women's Healthcare Expo presented Ralphs to raise funds and awareness for the early detection and prevention of ovarian and breast cancer. Join the community united in the fight against women's cancers!
The news of a declining economy means a decline in charitable giving, crucial funding for cancer research, and life-saving services for women in need. By supporting this event locally, you will be helping to make a difference in the lives of women everywhere.
All funds raised through KICKIN' CANCER! support the Lynne Cohen Foundation for Ovarian Cancer Research - supporting and enabling, collaborative, multi-institutional research combating ovarian cancer through the prevention and early detection of ovarian and breast cancer. The Lynne Cohen Foundation is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) ID # 95-4668714. Donations are tax deductible as provided by law.
